There are 10 ways in which you can be out at cricket and they are:-

1. Bowled
2. Caught
3. Lbw (Leg Before Wicket)
4. Stumped
5. Run Out
6. Hit Wicket
7. Handled Ball
8. Hitting the ball twice
9. Obstructing the field
10. Timed Out
(a new batsman failing to reach the crease being ready to take guard, or the other batsman to take guard, in the alloted time after the fall of a wicket). One unfortunate batsman, playing at The Oval in London, failed to turn up to resume his innings of 1 Not Out overnight and was given out 'Absent, lost on Tube'.
